THE BLACK LEAGUE To Utilize Session Bassist At Upcoming Gig

June 10, 2004

Finland's THE BLACK LEAGUE, the band featuring former SENTENCED frontman Taneli Jarva, will be performing at Rotos in Oulu, Finland on August 14. Joining the group on bass at the gig will be TERVEET KÄDET bass player Lene, who is filling in for regular bassist Florida while he is away in Kosovo.

THE BLACK LEAGUE's third full-length album, "Man's Ruin Revisited", was released in January through Ranch Records (subsidiary of Spinefarm). The follow-up to 2001's "Utopia A.D." was recorded at Seawolf Studios in Suomenlinna (just outside Helsinki). A bunch of recent live photos have been uploaded to this location.
